In our library we are using Dewey Decimal Classification system, for subject wise arrangement of books Documents other than periodicals are processed in this section in the following way.

Curriculation if documents/books For each book we prepare author, title and students catalogue cards which are then filed in their respective cabinets.
Please note that except library staff nobody should remove the catalogue cards from the cabinets. Besides this, on which one can search by author, title, class number, publisher, and language and accession number.
