Ms S. M. Pawaskar won the Best Paper Award for the paper titled,”Antidiabetic activity and lipid profile studies of aqueous whole plant extracts of Mimosa pudica Linn.” presented at the National Conference organized by ACBI at the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune (24th Nov- 26th Nov’ 2006).

Smt. Padmaja Damle was awarded second prize in poster competition at the National Conference organized by the academy of environmental biology at Gulbarga (Karnataka) in 2005.

Dr.(Smt) Lolly Jain was awarded third prize for Poster Presentation titled “Feasibility Study of Myrica nagi extract for food preservation and treatment of superficial bacterial wound infections” at the National Seminar on “Frontiers in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics” organized by D.Y. Patil Institute for Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, Navi Mumbai held on 2nd and 3rd Feb. 2007.

Dr. Bhanu Raman won the Dr. P.D. Sethi’s award for Best Research Paper in Pharmaceutical Analysis for the paper entitled, ‘Simultaneous Estimation of Paracetamol and Ondansetron Hydrochloride from tablets using stability indicating isocratic HPLC Method’, published in ‘Indian Drugs ’45, (5), 2008.
